Here at Penguin soft serve we understand things happen that are simply out of our control. We kindly ask that you do your best to let us know if something comes up that may effect the time or date of your event. We will do our absolute best to work with whatever situation you are in when it comes to rescheduling or canceling. ANY EVENT CANCELLED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF EVENT DATE FORFEITS THE DEPOSIT THEY PLACED
